2026 Vendor Sign-Up

Join us for another exciting season of Minx Monster Markets, where local makers, artists, and small businesses come together to showcase creativity, build community, and connect with new audiences.

Now entering our third year, the markets continue to grow into a vibrant network of independent brands and nonprofit partners — each contributing to the unique atmosphere that makes every event special. Whether you’re a returning vendor or joining us for the first time, we’re thrilled to have you as part of our 2026 season.

Before you apply:

  • Annual Vendor Fee: $25 (charged upon approval)
    • Includes your vendor profile on our website for the full 2026 season the first week of January
    • Features your logo, bio, website, and social links
    • Helps cover administrative and marketing costs to maintain and promote our vendor community
  • Per-Event Fee: $35 per market
    • Event invoices will be sent after acceptance
    • Invoices must be paid at least 45 days before your event to secure your space
    • Unpaid invoices after the deadline may result in forfeiting your spot
  • Advertising Support:
    • $5 from each $35 vendor fee is dedicated to social media advertising and boosted posts to increase vendor visibility and promote each market
  • Approvals will be sent before January 1st, 2026
  • Non-Returning vendors will be removed from website before January 15th, 2026
