Sign‑ups are now waitlisted for all dates!

Remaining dates are posted—check back here for updates and use the new application form to select your preferred date; you’ll be added to the waitlist for that date.

• A $25 application fee is required upon approval. If accepted, your card will be charged within six days. You will be added to our website for the remainder of the year.
• Event invoices ($30 per event) will be sent upon acceptance.
• Invoice payment is due at least 45 days before your event to secure your spot. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in forfeiting your space.
