Join Us for the 2025 Market Season! Presented by Minx Monster Markets

We’re thrilled to welcome vendors to the 2025 Market Season, where we’re building a vibrant, supportive communitywhile giving back to local charities.

Vendor Opportunities & Fees

  • Vendor spaces are just $30 per market, and you’re welcome to apply for multiple dates!
  • Vendor fees are due 45 days prior to your event to be included in marketing materials.
  • Failure to submit payment on time will result in forfeiting your spot.

A portion of all vendor fees will be donated to a different local charity each month—suggestions are always welcome!

Application & Acceptance Process

  • Acceptance emails will be sent within one month of application submission this application cycle.
  • Invoices will be issued at the same time.
  • There is a $25 non-refundable application fee for businesses upon acceptance.
  • Non-profits do not have a fee to apply.

What Your Application Fee Covers:

✅ Your placement on our website for the remainder of 2025.
✅ A dedicated bio page featuring your logo, bio, website link, and social media links.
✅ Searchable vendor listing within the categories you select in your application.
✅ Your business listed on the event page for the markets in which you participate.
✅ Administrative costs associated with organizing events and maintaining this website.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Once accepted, vendor fees will be invoiced via Square and must be paid within 45 days of your market to secure your spot.
  • Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in losing your space.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless an event is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case you’ll have the option for a refund or credit for a future market.

Vendor Expectations

We want these markets to be fun and enjoyable for everyone! Please be mindful to respect your space and handle your trash and cleanup. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from future events.

📍 Sundaze at Schlafly Bottleworks – Outdoor market (April–Oct), Covered market (Nov–Dec)

  • Outdoor spaces: 10×10
  • Covered spaces: 5×8

📍 Perennial Artisan Ales Pop-Up – Indoor market | Space size: 5×8

📍 South Grand Makers Pop-Up – Outdoor market | Space size: 10×10
